"Packaging was just okay"
The box showed up a little dented, but thankfully everything inside was fine. I do think they could pack things better, because it didn’t feel super secure. Also, having to go through verification more than once was kind of annoying and unnecessary. Overall, not terrible, just average.

"Showed up at the worst time and looked nothing like the photos"
I was already on a tight schedule when this arrived, so the timing could not have been worse. Then I opened it and it looked nothing like the pictures at all. felt like I got the completely wrong item.

I’m frustrated. The site said the items I wanted were in stock, so I placed my order, only to have it canceled later because they apparently weren’t available after all. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably start shopping somewhere else.

"I got all the way to checkout and..."
I got all the way to checkout and... I don’t know, the payment page just didn’t feel right. There wasn’t much info there, and it looked a little sketchy to me, so I backed out before entering my card details. Maybe it’s totally fine, but I didn’t want to take the chance.

"I wasn’t totally convinced"
The site looked fine at first glance... nothing really jumped out as sketchy right away. But the more I clicked around, the less confident I felt about ordering. Some of the info seemed kind of thin, and I couldn’t find much real feedback from other customers. Maybe it’s perfectly fine, I don’t know — I just didn’t feel like I trusted it enough to go through with a purchase.

"Heads up: way too expensive for what you get"
Just a warning to anyone thinking about buying this — I really don’t think it’s worth the money. For the price, I expected a lot more, but it ended up feeling disappointing. I’d look around for better options before spending on this.

From what I remember, the site was just really annoying to get through. The buttons seemed to lag whenever I tried to click around, and checkout kept acting up on me. It made the whole process feel way harder than it needed to be.

"Still haven’t gotten my refund"
I sent my item back weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. I’ve contacted support a couple times and they keep telling me to just wait, but nothing has changed. I’ve returned stuff from other stores before and it was so much easier, but... yeah, this has been really frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Shopzygo again.

"Delivery was late and support kept giving me the runaround"
I ordered from shopzygo.com the whole delivery experience was just frustrating. The tracking barely updated, then it barely updated again when I checked later, and my package still showed up way later than they originally said. I kept having to message support, and every time I asked, I still didn’t get a clear answer. It was late, the tracking was useless, and the support didn’t really help. If you need something by a certain date, I wouldn’t risk it. I definitely wouldn’t order again for anything time-sensitive.

"Checkout was frustrating and no one followed up"
I tried ordering from shopzygo.com, but the checkout process was such a pain. The page kept loading really slowly, and then my info didn’t save, so I had to type everything in again. On top of that, it wasn’t even clear what the final total was until the very end. I ended up giving up because it just didn’t feel worth the hassle. I also never got any kind of follow-up or help afterward, which made the whole thing even more annoying.
"Feels Like They Just Don’t Care"
I reached out about my order and expected at least some kind of helpful update, but I ended up waiting days without a real response. When someone finally did get back to me, it felt like a copy-paste message that didn’t actually answer what I was asking.
I tried following up again, but it was more of the same. Reading between the lines, it really felt like once they had my money, helping me wasn’t a priority anymore. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Tracking Never Updated and Support Kept Sending Me in Circles"
I ordered from shopzygo.com and the tracking was pretty much useless the whole time. It showed that the package had shipped, but then it just sat there with no updates, so I had no idea where it actually was. I reached out to support hoping they could check on it, but they just sent me the same tracking link again like that was supposed to help. When I asked again, it felt like I was stuck in a loop getting the same response over and over. Super frustrating experience, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Quality Was Disappointing"
I ordered a couple of things from Zygo, i was let down once they arrived. Just from the feel of the items, the quality didn’t really match what I thought I was getting.
The material felt cheap, and one piece had loose stitching right out of the package, which immediately gave me a bad impression. In the photos, everything looked much nicer and more put together than it did in person.
I wasn’t expecting anything super high-end, but I did expect the items to feel at least somewhat sturdy. Based on the quality and overall feel, I don’t think these will last very long, and I wouldn’t order from them again.
